Make your first video. Get a better result.
Choose a template, prepare your photos, and know what to check before you generate.
Start here
Your first video in three steps
- 01
Preview the video
Choose a template in the video studio. Preview its example and check which photos it needs.
- 02
Add your people
Upload a clear portrait for each person you want to replace. Follow the photo labels in the editor.
- 03
Generate and review
Wait for uploads to finish, check the credit cost, then generate. Review the full result in My videos.
Which photo should I use?
- Use a sharp, well-lit portrait with the face clearly visible.
- Choose one person per photo. Avoid group shots, heavy shadows and faces hidden by hair or accessories.
- For two-person templates, add a separate photo to each labeled slot.
Who can I replace?
The photo labels show which performer you are replacing. Burning Bridges, Bulin 47 and STORM II use one portrait. Raindance and Hotel Lobby also offer an optional second photo; leave it empty to keep that original performer.
Some templates use a fixed reference clip; others generate a new scene from your photos and the template direction. Follow the editor’s photo labels. You do not need to upload a reference video.

Something went wrong?
The template video will not play
Select Retry below the preview. If it is still unavailable, try again later or choose another template.
My photo will not upload
Check the error beside the photo. Use Retry to upload it again, and wait for the upload to finish before generating.
I cannot generate
Add the required photo, finish any pending uploads, and check that the template preview is available. Sign in and review any credit or account message shown.
The result needs work
Review the whole clip, especially faces, hands and movement. Try a clearer portrait for another generation; check the cost before starting again.
